Oyen Minor Hockey Booth Schedule for 2011-2012

Each group of families is responsible for offering booth services for all games played during their designated week. The first name on the worker list is responsible for:

• determining number of games played during their week (contact arena staff: 403-664-3623)
• determining game times
• determining work schedule for their crew
• contacting and informing each family (2 workers) of their shifts

The week’s booth schedule should be done 3-4 days prior to give families time to make arrangements. If a family (2 workers) cannot work their shifts, it is  their responsibility to find replacements (2 workers)!!!

All parents, with the exception of the executive, coaches, managers and booth/schedule coordinators are required to work two schedule weeks. Minor Hockey Tournaments, Ice Carnival, and Rec Hockey Tournaments are the responsibility of the workers designated for that week.

Please have the booth open 1 hour before game time.  Three couples are required to work the Midget games.

Opening the booth during the week for practices is up to each group. It is not mandatory.

Below is a list of students and adults who can be hired for $10/hr to replace booth workers. Please make sure there is a minimum of one adult working each shift.

Requests for extra workers can be made only if couples are required to work more than 4 games each during the weekend.
